STEP (Striving Towards Educational Persistency) Ahead is a new retention initiative focused on male students. 

For Black History Month, the organization held a career panel featuring Black men and women from the fields of education, engineering, entertainment, and real estate. Thank you to the panelists who shared their career experiences and tips on how to land and succeed at a job: Tariq Eatman, Shanette Kinard, Usman Sharif, Tatiana Warren, Jonathan Edmond, and Caleb Williams. Tariq has also offered internship opportunities for our Engineering students.
